A rather limited menu but everything we ate was of the highest standard.

Excellent food and service.  The pasta with the rabbit filling was particularly good.Sadly, only 2 tables occupied when we went, but it was mid week during a heatwave.

The food was excellent, clean and comfortable, the lady was very prepared, and her pleasant advice added value to dinner.

Ambiente gradevole, personale attento e gentile, piatti preparati con cura e gustoso, buona carta di vini con ricarichi ragionevoli. La pausa pranzo ci ha fatto dimenticare le orribili condizioni atmosferiche con acqua a catinelle dal mattino alla sera. Interessante anche il museo Silvio Pellico nella casa adiacente. Saluzzo vale una visita avendo cura di scegliere una bella giornata di sole.

A pleasant, careful and friendly staff, carefully prepared dishes, good wine paper with reasonable charges. Lunch break has made us forget the horrible climate conditions with water in chains from morning to evening. The Silvio Pellico museum is also interesting in the neighboring house.
